MY SHISEIDO EXPERIENCE.

Hi everyone, it’s been a while. I am back after a long, long, long, break. Well, I am sorry about that. So, today I am gonna be talking about MY SHISEIDO EXPERIENCE.

First of all, SHISEIDO is a Cosmetic Brand and it is a Japan Cosmetic brand. It is pronounced, ‘’SHI –SAY-DO’’. To know more about the History of the SHISEIDO BRAND, checkout:en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shiseido.

I heard a lot about the SHISEIDO BRAND from blogs but I didn’t pay attention to it. So when I travelled to ABU DHABI, we went to DUBAI and we went to the IKEA SHOPPING CENTRE or MALL.

 So, my little story. I love Korean stuff, so I was looking for MIZON, and I didn’t find, I went to the PARIS GALLERY and saw several cosmetic brands. That was where I saw the SHISEIDO STAND. Ok, I walked out and something said go back, which I did and my mum was like ‘’Oh No’’.

 To cut the long story short, they did a skin test and I was told I had healthy skin. Yippee!! I was asked what I wanted my skin to look like, so I said ‘’I want glowing skin but I do not want to get brighter’’. So, the SHISEIDO PURENESS LINE was recommended, I was thrilled because, all the Representatives were glowing and their SKIN SPECIALIST FROM JAPAN was PRESENT THAT DAY and she was STUNNING, I mean SPOTLESS, I was like, I am gonna buy this. They were really NICE and the SPECIALIST did FACIALS for my MUM and I was giving a MASSAGE because they were surprised that my pals were like ICE, well that’s me…. COLD PALMS. So, I bought the SHISEIDO PURENESS LINE AND THE BODY FIRMING CREAM and THE HAIR TREATMENT MASK, I DYED my HAIR so, it was recommended also. 

So, this was what my SHOPPING BAG had in it:

Ok!! I went home that night and used my products now these is what I bought:

SHISEIDO PURENESS FOAMING CLEANSING FLUID , SHISEIDO PURENESS BALANCING SOFTENER, SHISEIDO PURENESS MATIFYING MOISTURIZER OIL FREE, SHISEIDO INTENSIVE TREATMENT HAIR MASK , SHISEIDO FIRMING BODY CREAM.

THE SHESEIDO PURENESS LINE IS A LINE FOR YOUTHS AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE ACNE and BLEMISH-PRONE OILY SKIN, also it comes in blue packs.

So, I am gonna talk about the SHISEIDO PURENESS FOAMING CLEANSING FLUID. This is one awesome cleanser, it comes in a blue plastic bottle, with a pump, it smells awesome (DID I MENTION SHISEIDO DEALS WITH SMELL? YOU GET ADDICTED TO THE SMELL, THAT’S WHAT THE SALES REP SAID, SMELL and GET ADDICTED!, but that’s in my own words).  It is white and it’s a foam cleanser a little and your face gets clean.  You are to use two pumps but I tried one and it did the same magic. 

This is the Pureness Foam Cleanser:
 

SHISEIDO PURENESS BALANCING SOFTENER. This softener is awesome, it comes in a blue plastic bottle and its also a pump, it smells awesome and it is great.It is said to be “A REFRESHING ALCOHOL-FREE LOTION THAT BRINGS NEW RADIANCE, SOFTNESS AND BALANCE TO BLEMISH-PRONE SKIN. LIGHTLY REHYDRATES AND LEAVES SKIN SMOOTH AND COMFORTABLE”  It is to be applied after CLEANSING the face Press 3 pumps to saturate a cotton pad and wipe gently over face. 

This is the Pureness Balancing Softener:

SHISEIDO PURENESS MATIFYING MOISTURIZER OIL FREE. This moisturizer is cool. It comes in a blue glass bottle, with a pump, very hygienic, that’s the thing about pumps is, it is HYGENIC. IT IS A LIGHT WEIGHT MOISTURIZER WITH OIL-ABSORBING POWDER, THAT HELPS REDUCE SURFACE SHINE AS IT PROVIDES EXCEPTIONAL HYDRATION TO SKIN. FEELS REFRESHING AND ULTRA-SHEER.

The Pureness Moisturizer:
 

With all the good things said, the SHISEIDO PURENESS LINE BROKE ME OUT AFTER 3DAYS OF USE. I HAD TO DISCONTINUE THE PRODUCTS. I was upset because I spent $150 to buy myself a BREAKOUTS. I was disappointed but did not throw it away. I gave it to my mum who has super oily skin and she is GLOWING, it made her skin more soft and supple(SHE HAS A SOFT SKIN). So, I would recommend the SHISEIDO PURENESS LINE TO SOMEONE with SUPER-OILY SKIN, if you have little oil on your skin don’t try it because it’s gonna dry all the oil from your face leaving you SCALEY like it did to me. But after two weeks of using MY BREAKOUT CURE, I am spotless again. (THAT WILL BE ANOTHER BLOG UPDATE)

Next is the SHISEIDO FIRMING BODY CREAM, I LOVE THIS. It is awesome, it is firming, gives your skin a glow, deals with uneven skintone a little and the SMELL is AWESOME, it costs 441 DIRHAMS which is almost a $115 or $120, well as much as I love it, I wont buy it again, because it is too small. 

The Body Firming Cream:
 

SHISEIDO INTENSIVE TREATMENT HAIR MASK. A must have, I love this product because it does what it says, you are to use this after shampooing but I use it after SHAMPOOING, CONDITIONING and applying MAYONAISE to my HAIR. I used it alone and it was awesome because when I COMBED MY HAIR, no hair was in the COMB, but I ALREADY HAVE HAIR MAYONAISE, SO I HAVE TO FINISH THAT ALSO.

In summary, I PAID $293 for all my SHISEIDO PRODUCTS AND ALTHOUGH THE PURENESS LINE, DIDN’T WORK FOR ME, I am glad my MUM is using it and it is working for her. So, if you have acne, oily skin, I mean real oily skin not like me, who has normal acne-free skin, then you can go for it.
