Hey yo!! How are you doing? I am so glad you stopped by, but don’t go without hitting the comment button. Your comment would do me a lot of good because I wanna know if I am on the right track. Now, it’s time to serve you your meal. Today’s meal is gonna be “CEYLON TEA”. Please let me take you back to my last blog update. If you did not read that please click here before proceeding, because that’s the appetizer, if you did, then the main meal is served.
Did you know that Ceylon is used not only in health but also in the beauty industry?? It was as far back as the year 1824 in which the British brought a tea plant from China to Ceylon, now known as Sri Lanka. Did you also know that “Ceylon tea is prized for its rich aroma and taste”??(IF YOU DIN’T I AM SO GLAD TO HAVE ENLIGHTENED YOU, I AM GLAD YOU APPRECIATE IT and YOU ARE WELCOME). Ceylon tea comes from the same tea plant as many of the most popular teas; however they all vary in taste, due to numerous factors including the oxidation process and it has a stronger taste than other teas and has very similar health benefits to black tea, but is favoured for it’s superior quality and flavour. It also features a gold color and rich, intense taste which a lot of tea consumers greatly appreciate, and it is used directly as well as in tea mixes. Sri Lanka is amongst the greatest tea producers in the world, and Ceylon tea is found across the world as a result. In particular fine highland forms can also get quite costly, as they possess a wealthy taste and robust smell liked by many individuals.

Did you know that Sri Lanka was also known as Ceylon under colonialism?, and the name has stuck to the tea. Tea was initially introduced to the destination as being a harvest in 1867, to exchange a ruined coffee crop. Tea suppliers instantly begun to create tea which includes a unique flavor and color, and Ceylon tea began to encounter popularity. The most of Ceylon tea is grown in the highlands of the country, with reduced elevation teas getting used as filler in tea blends..

Varieties of Ceylon Tea:
Ceylon tea comes in black, green and white varieties; they range only slightly in taste. Ceylon green tea has a much stronger flavour than other green teas and Ceylon white tea is costlier than the other types and it is generally developed in Nuwara Eliya and Galle.
BENEFITS OF CEYLON TEA:
Ceylon black is an excellent defence against cancer, as it contains theaflavins and thearubigins, which are powerful antioxidants that help to fight free radicals that can damage DNA , and may cause cancer in the body. They have also been shown to lower the risks of heart disease and reduce the size of tumours. Ceylon tea, drastically reduces the chances of catching influenza and it also increases alpha-wave activity in your brain, allowing you to remain more alert (SURPRISED? I WAS ALSO SURPRISED). Ceylon black tea can be handy at keeping viruses and bacteria away. Ingesting black tea can enhance your immune system to assist avoid several other illnesses.
Ceylon Tea Leaf:
The health benefits of Ceylon green and white are their strong anti-viral and anti-bacterial qualities. They are quite similar in composition and have been shown to also help with weight loss by speeding up the metabolism through the antioxidants (NO NEED FOR WORKOUTS!! Lol? NOT SO FAST, YOU GOTTA STILL WORKOUT). They also have anti-inflammatory qualities which help with arthritis by reducing the risk of it developing or slowing it down. Ceylon white tea in particular has shown to be successful in helping skin look younger and firmer, thus fighting the signs of aging such as sagging skin and wrinkles, by slowing the loss of collagen (IT MAY BE EXPENSIVE, BUT WE DON’T WANT SAGGING SKIN and WRINKLES).

Did you also know that Ceylon contains half to a third of the amount of caffeine a regular cup of coffee has?, thus whilst still having the ‘waking up’ effect it is soft and gentle on the body, ensuring a smooth and peaceful transition from a more relaxed state to feeling more equipped with energy that was not present at the time before the consumption of the tea. It is also very important that the quality of the water used to brew the tea in, is of high quality and preferably purified, thus enhancing the taste of the tea with a soft crispness and supporting the flavours of the tea that is being brewed. THIS MEANS WHILE DRINKING CEYLON TEA, YOU ARE DWELLING IN PURITY and LUXURY. Awesome.

Studies show that drinking 4 cups of Ceylon tea every day for a period of 30 days helps in rising the circulation of blood. Ceylon tea helps in the prevention of plaque which will help fight against teeth cavities(YOU CAN BE SURE OF HEALTHY TEETH and an AWESOME SMILE).
Generally, tea has minimum negativities and many health benefits. Ceylon tea is of specifically high quality and so is more satisfying to drink usually, permitting you to reap the health benefits of tea everyday.

Enjoy your Ceylon tea more now that you are well informed. If you do not drink Ceylon tea it’s time to start drinking. I am glad you enjoyed your meal, but also leave your comments.  Thanks for reading.  I hope you stop by for more, but no need to, just subscribe and you get more meals delivered. Have a Blessed day!!

RONNEFELDT TEA

Compliments of the season!! How are you all doing? I hope fine. I also hope you had a wonderful Christmas celebration because did. I Today I am gonna be doing a review on TEA, so all TEA lovers sit back and enjoy the RONNEFELDT TEA REVIEW.
Ronnefeldt Tea happens to be my favourite tea  BRAND. Why? Because there are several flavours.
A little history on Ronnefeldt  Tea: Ronnefeldt is said to be the top premium brand Tea for first class hotels and gourmet restaurants throughout the world. The company was founded in Frankfurt by Johann Tobias Ronnefeldt in 1823 also, Ronnefeldt teas are produced using exclusively traditional methods, which means each step in the tea’s production is carried out mostly by hand. To know more about Ronnefeldt Tea, you can click here.
Like I said earlier, Ronnfeldt Tea has a wide range of varieties and countless different flavours that truly make drinking tea exciting and they include:
Ronnefeldt Earl Grey Tea
Ronnefeldt Rose Hip Tea
Ronnefeldt Lemon Sky Tea
Ronnefeldt Organic Classic Green Tea
Ronnefeldt Red Berries Flavoured Fruit Infusion Tea
Ronnefeldt Winter Dream Tea
Ronnefeldt  English Breakfast Black Tea
Ronnefeldt Teavelope Silverlime Tea and several others.

Now to the ones I have drank;
Ronnefeldt Early Grey Tea: The Roonnefeldt Early Grey Tea happens to fall under the Black Tea category. This tea is said to be the most famous flavoured tea in the world ( NEVER KNEW!! ). It comes in a Gray pack like it’s name. The Ronnefeldt Early Grey Tea also has a seductive blend of precious teas from China and it is blended with the Citrus Flavour of bergamot oil and that’s the reason for its awesome Aroma It has a tingly orangey taste and also has a black tea taste, which makes it very rare and delicious. It takes 4minutes to brew.  After drinking the Ronnefeldt Early Grey Tea, the Orangey flavour makes you come alive. If you are a fan of mixed taste, then Ronnefeldt Early Grey Tea should be the next thing you ought to taste.

 Ronnefeldt Early Grey Tea:

Ronnefeldt Lemon Sky Tea: The Ronnefeldt Lemon Sky Tea is my number one tea among all the Ronnefeldt teas I have tried, maybe it’s because I love Lemon. It is a sparkling explosion of Lemon and being a lover of lemon,it instantly became my favourite. This tea comes in a Yellow pack and has a very refreshing, almost unobtrusive aroma during the first two minutes of brewing, after the fist two minutes, its lemony flavour circulates the room. It takes exactly 8minutes to brew. It has a yellow, partially lemon-like colour and that excites me. I have also squeezed lemon into the Ronnefeldt Lemon Sky Tea just for a more stronger Lemon taste. You can checkout the Benefits of Lemon. If you love lemon and the colour yellow excites you, then Ronnefeldt Lemon Sky is the tea you should have in your cup.

Ronnefeldt Lemon Sky Tea

Ronnefeldt Organic Classic Green Tea: Green is my colour and once I saw this, I said “What am I waiting for?” I brewed it and drank it. The first thing about this tea is, it has a kind of Oriental, grassy sweet taste, anyway that’s how it tasted to me. I was expecting a very green colour but I was turned down, I even drank it in a green tea cup(THE GREEN SIDE OF ME=GREENCRAZE). This tea really lights up the atmosphere because, you can’t phantom what exactly it smells like, that’s the mystery and that’s fun.It takes 2-3minutes to brew.  I really have no problem with this tea and if you love Green, mystery and Oriental taste then, go for it.

Ronnefeldt Organic Classic Green Tea:

Ronnefeldt Teavelope Red Berries Flavoured Fruit Infusion Tea: This tea is my second favourite. I am so excited writing this :-), why? Because, this tea has a very exciting, refreshing, awakening aroma, it was actually the first Ronnefeldt tea I had drank and instantly fell in love with it, but I had to give Lemon Sky my love. It has a slight, almost too Sour taste, and very obtrusive strawberry taste, almost like it had a little lime in it and that’s what I love about it. It’s very red and strawberrylicious. It takes exactly 8mins to brew, same as Lemon Sky.

Ronnefeldt Red Berries Flavoured Fruit Infusion Tea:

Ronnefeldt English Breakfast Black Tea: This tea also falls under the black tea category and it is a typical Ceylon Tea with a scintillating flavour. It comes in a blue pack and it takes 3minutes to brew. I love Ceylon Teas so, I instantly loved this tea. It’s a great way to start your day, like it’s name “English Breakfast Black Tea”. It has to be on your table during breakfast. This tea is for all the Ceylon tea lovers.

 Ronnefeldt English Breakfast Black Tea:

Ronnefeldt Teavelope Silverlime Tea: This tea comes in a purple pack and it takes 5minutes to brew.  It’s not so limey and also after letting it sit, it seems like oil is floating on the surface. I liked it the first time because I din’t look in the cup as I drank, but the second time, I poured it down the sink. This is just my view on the Ronnefeldt Teavelope Silverlime Tea, I don’t like it and it’s been four months and it’s still piled up, so to me, it’s not so good…..But, it’s worth the try, everyone with different tastes.

Ronnefeldt Teavelope Silverlime Tea:

That’s all on my Ronnefeldt TEA Review, I hope to try more Ronnefeldt Teas and I hope it’ll be a part of your tea collection, but in the main time, I am sticking with my favourites. This review is not in anyway sponsored by Ronnefeldt, every thing written here is just my take on the Ronnefeldt Teas that I have drank. I hope you a nice time reading and feel free to leave your comments in the comment box.  Thanks for reading…… and a Happy New Year in Advance.
